The property is beautiful. The upstairs terrace is amazing. I got a million dollar view without paying a million. I love the heated pool and wifi on the terrace. Wifi in the lobby is also great.

I've had numerous construction issues but the staff has always been very prompt and pleasant. This is my first time in dealing with new construction, so I have since found out from friends that these construction issues can happen anywhere. Carlos is well known in Vallarta for his quality work, so I'm sure that all of the issues will be worked out.

1. Let´s begin with the Apple Gate agents:
• Sarah, you made us feel special and we always felt the honesty and we recognize all the work you did to address all of our concerns.

• When we finally got our unit delivered, we were overwhelmed and our expectations were surpassed.
• In our two months staying in the unit, we received lots of friends and family and their reaction was the same; simply WOWWWWW...

• We had inquired on previous project (Vistas) and they were very well recommended.

All and all, knowing the tourists concerns about investing in Mexico, we can absolutely and irrevocably reassure people about HEVA. If this is part of your concern, forget it... and make a move.
